Jonathan Spence appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire

We are proud to announce that Mr Jonathan Spence, Queens' College Senior Bursar, has been appointed as a Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire by His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire.

We are delighted to offer our congratulations to Mr Spence, who joins eight other individuals appointed to this exciting role today.

The Lord-Lieutenant is appointed by His Majesty the King, and their role is to act as the King's representative in the county. Deputy Lieutenants of Cambridgeshire assist the Lord-Lieutenant in promoting civic, voluntary, and charitable work within Cambridgeshire.
