End of term sports round up

As sport has restarted across Cambridge, Queens' students have been representing the College and the University across lots of events. Any students with updates to share should send their news to development@queens.cam.ac.uk.

Congratulations to Flavio Salvati (2018) who was part of the winning Cambridge team in the Varsity Gliding competition. Flavio had the best score across both Cambridge and Oxford teams thanks to a 45 minute flight with two climbs.

Ryan Hoffman (2018) was part of the University football team that lost 2 - 0 to Oxford in this year's Varsity fixture.

Ellie White (2020) took part in the Varsity fixture at RAC and won her Squash Blue.

We'd like to wish Charlotte Spruzen (2016), winner of the van der Lande Cup, and Suwi Chibale (2020) the best of luck for the Women's and Men's Varsity Rugby matches at Leicester this weekend.

While the May Bumps were cancelled, QCBC crews have still been racing on the river. A series of side by side races were arranged and this Eights Regatta was the first of its kind organised by CUCBC. The results can be seen here.
